Competitions are only open to all persons resident within the United Kingdom, aged 16 and over except the Promoter's employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition.

By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. The competition is governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

To enter the competition, follow the on screen instructions and then submit your entry via SMS (Short Message Service). Please note that Txt4prizes cannot accept responsibility for message entries not received.

All entries must be made via our SMS (short message service) numbers.

The winner will be notified on the telephone number given when entering, as well as being posted on the PlayByText website, within 10 days of the closing date of the relevant competition.

The winner will be required to send a copy of their passport or driving license (ful or provisional) to PlayByText to confirm their identity and age before any prize will be paid or delivered. Following receipt and verification of the details above by the us, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.

The promoter will store the prize free of charge for 14 days after notifying the winner. If the prize has not been accepted within this time a charge will be made for storage.

Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the Promoter the right to use the prize winner's name and home town for promotional purposes, both immediately after their win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any competition, for any reason. In these circumstances PlayByText will return the competition entry fee to all competitors in the cancelled competition and this will be the promoters only liability.

The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes. Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of PlayByText, PlayByText shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by PlayByText, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner, or in connection with any of the competitions promoted by PlayByText.

No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.

The Promoter reserves the right to extend competition closing dates and/or closing conditions, to cover the combined costs of advertising, SMS Gateways and prizes. Should the stated number of entries not be reached in a reasonable timescale, PlayByText reserves the right to offer a substitute prize proportional of the number of entries upon the competition closure.

In order to process, use, record and disclose your personal data the Promoter may need to transfer such information outside the United Kingdom, in which event the Promoter is responsible for ensuring that your personal data continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer.

If you are advertising with us, we reserve the right to not pay out if we suspect the web publisher is fraudulently registering hits via their website. If we have reason to believe that this is so we will delete your account and any hits recieved (genuine or otherwise) will be considered void. We also reserve the right to refuse an application for advertising. This is done on the basis of the websites content and the demographic it is likely to attract. All web publishers will be sent payment on the 13th of each month provided the total number of visits unpaid for is greater than 1000.

PlayByText reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
